Reds Acquire Wladamir Balentein from Seattle for Robert Manuel

Ed Price of AOL FanHouse tweets:

The Reds acquired Wladimir Balentien from the Mariners for righty Robert Manuel.

This is a trade with a lot of upside for the Reds. Very low risk, in my opinion. Manuel, while a former Minor League Pitcher of the Year, will make to be a fine reliever. But compare this guy (Balentein) to Nelson Cruz of the Texas Rangers. A guy that never really got a chance to play in the Majors for an extended period of time. He's mashed at every level, and is only 25 years old.

The Reds have a ton of pitching. Good deal Jocketty. I might have faith in you after all!
